2) Your order is considered as a confirmed order only after we have received 100% payment until then we will not take it into processing even if you have made partial payments.

3) If your order includes custom stitching service [which will cost extra], take a note that it will take 7-10 days extra depending upon the type of work.

4) We accept measurements on the website as well as via mail, and we will confirm it with you before starting the stitching job, once the products are stitched no changes will be made to them. Neither we will issue any kind of refund nor accept returns for custom stitched products.

5) Rates of the full catalogs and assorted [singles] are different.

6) We will not exchange OR refund for custom stitched suits, sarees, lehenga, OR any other product.

7) To comply with the Indian government's new taxation policy [GST - Goods And Services Tax], All of our products will attract either 5% OR 12% tax according to the category they fall in.

8) If you do not claim your ordered products from the customs office OR the delivery company by the timeframe they allow, We [www.rajshri.net] will not be responsible for any losses that occurred due to it.

9) Within the first 4-5 days of your order processing, we will check for availability of all your products and any of them are not available we will inform you, and you can opt. for Refund / Replacement.

10) For any order without custom stitching service, we need 7-10 working days to process, and with stitching service, we need 15-20 working days to process.

11) All orders are final and we do not offer refunds OR replacements thereafter.

12) The quality of the products are depended on the price range, Hence we do not offer any quality guarantee on low range products.

Item Availability:

Though we continuously aim to deliver the chosen products to you, there are times when we aren’t able to fulfill some of your needs due to the unavailability of the product at the warehouse. This happens mainly when the products are sold out or out of stock. In the case of such a situation, we encourage our customers to select the next best option. If customers do not find an alternative that makes them as excited as their initial choice, we regretfully yet promptly offer store credit for use in a future order.

Stitching:

We provide the stitching service to our customers as per the measurements mentioned by them in the measurement form filled while placing the order. We suggest our customers be cautious while submitting their measurements as we will not be responsible for any incorrect measurements submitted by them. Sometimes a dress with a pre-made embroidery pattern on heavy work doesn't allow us to cut and customize if we do so then the dress might look bad. For example, a dress has the limitation in terms of length and sleeves length still we try our best to make a dress as per the given data for our dear customer. So we believe in sincere cooperation and understanding with respect to the tailoring point of view.
